The property is well located and very close by a supermarket, a drug store and a shopping mall (all walking distance). The breakfast was also very good with the type of food and flavors you can only find in Brazil. The staff were very warm and friendly (again, only in Brazil).

Nice area, near shopping malls, bookstores, restaurants. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool as well as the nice breakfast and the fine dine at the hotel’s restaurant. Our room was always clean and nice when we got back from our tours and walkings.

Staff is incredibly friendly, since reception until the restaurant (breakfast buffet). I arrived quite early and they invited me to have breakfast after checking-in with no extra-cost. The shower is amazing and the location is good. Just a few steps from restaurants and the street where you can take the city-tour bus. The train station is just 10 minutes away if you are planning to take the train to Morretes. It’s amazing!

Breakfast was amazing--tons of choices and it all tasted fantastic. The room was pleasant and the staff were quick to refill coffee and keep the dishes full. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet with good amenities in the room.

The suite was very large with a great jetted tub and shower. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Great big window. Staff were all so friendly. Enjoyed the pool as well.

We had a corner room so dual aspect. The room was large and very bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. We had an early arrival into Curitiba and were at the hotel at 10. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and we were allocated our room at that stage was a nice gesture.

Staff were super helpful and had humour as well as professionalism.The food was great (I am a Coeliac and was catered for well). The hotel was spotless!

Check in could be a way faster. Apparently they the staff has to fill out redundant information that would be streamlined with previous records. There is a big opportunity to improve check-in/checkout time/experience.
